DIRECTIONS

Add several drops of Sleep Well CBD essential oil blend to a diffuser. For best results, use an intermittent diffuser bedside at least 1 hour before bed and set for short intervals every 2-4 hours to promote a full night’s sleep. For topical use, use dilution chart for best results.
