DIRECTIONS

Add a few drops to a diffuser. It is highly recommended to use a diffuser with intermittent settings and keep the diffuser close by for optimal absorption of CBD. For best results, use daily morning and/or night to reduce amounts of drastic hormone fluctuations and maintain balance.
