DIRECTIONS
May be taken orally or used as a topical.
Sublingual (Recommended):
Place up to one dropper full under tongue and allow to sit for 10-15 seconds or until fully absorbed. For best results, use 3x daily in the morning, afternoon and evening.

For new users:
For the first time using CBD, allow yourself time to experience it in the evening or downtime so you gauge the effects. Start low and slow. Begin by dropping 1-2 drops under tongue and allow to sit for 10-15 seconds or until fully absorbed. Wait 10-15 minutes for full effects. Add more as needed after initial waiting period. Once you find the right dosage for the affects you require, it is best to use the same amount for at least a few days while your body acclimates. Increase dosage as your body becomes more used the levels. If you require more than entire dropper, consider using one of our higher strength CBD Drops.
